Terms and Conditions


  • The minimum age for renting a car is 25 years old. There is no maximum age limit.
  • The customer and any additional driver must present an original and valid driver's license with a photograph. The driver's license must be valid at the time of rental and remain valid during the rental period. Super Rent Car reserves the right to verify and accept driver's licenses according to the rules established by the company and deny the rental if the document does not meet the requirements, is illegible, or has erasures or amendments.
  • In addition to the driver's license, a second official identification with a photograph must be presented (IFE/INE credential or Passport).
  • Proof of address (Water, Electricity, or Landline phone bill) dated no more than three months.
  • Personalized credit or debit card (in the name of the renter) for payment of the rental.
  • It is important to consider that Super Rent Car requires both the driver's license and the credit card and identification (IFE/INE credential or Passport) to have a minimum age of one year..
  • Super Rent Car reserves the right to decline the reservation and therefore the vehicle rental if the renter does not satisfactorily meet the requirements to carry out the commercial operation.


Super Rent Car accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards to cover the cost of the rental. Super Rent Car reserves the right to accept or not accept certain bank credit cards from special programs if they are in poor condition or illegible. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS ISSUED BY DEPARTMENT STORES OR ANY OTHER CREDIT CARDS ISSUED BY DIGITAL BANKS.


  • Super Rent Car does not oversell its inventory. Whenever a customer reserves a car, that unit is removed from inventory and cannot be reserved by another person.
  • When you make a partial or full prepayment, you can be sure that the reserved car will be waiting for you upon your arrival, and you will also be protected against any price increases.
  • You can prepay your reservation directly when booking with an electronic transfer. The prepaid amounts will be deducted from the total of your reservation. In the case of partial prepayments, the remaining balance will be indicated by phone or WhatsApp at the time of reservation confirmation and must be settled upon vehicle delivery.
  • When making a payment, the name of the reservation holder must match the name on the card used. Only this person can pick up the vehicle at our branch. It will be necessary to physically present the card used for payment, as well as the identification documents required by Super Rent Car..
  • Any prepaid reservation made through an electronic transfer, in which the account holder's name does not match the reservation holder's name or is different, may be canceled by Super Rent Car without prior notice and without liability for the company. In such a case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Reservations not guaranteed by partial or full payment are accepted subject to availability. If the rented car is still available on the rental day, it will be provided with the prices and conditions stated in your reservation. We only guarantee the delivery of reserved cars if there is a guarantee through partial or full payment. The company assumes no responsibility for the cancellation of reservations subject to availability.


  • Any changes or cancellations to your reservation can be made/requested through our telephone number (33) 141 797 23, 141 140 17, 33 147 383 69.
  • For a full refund, any cancellation or change must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the original vehicle delivery time. If you fail to pick up the car at the scheduled time and request cancellation/change with less than 24 hours' notice, a penalty equivalent to one day's rental will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Reservations guaranteed by partial or full prepayment will remain active and valid unless you request any changes or cancellations as agreed upon in the reservation. In the case of non-prepaid reservations, they will only be available until the agreed-upon collection time.
  • Super Rent Car reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion and without any liability for the company if the customer cannot be reached at the provided contact phone numbers or if, due to force majeure, the company cannot provide the service. In this case, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the payments made.


At Super Rent Car, the inventory displayed on our website may not always be accurate. Therefore, every reservation is subject to availability confirmation by the company. Super Rent Car will inform you of vehicles with similar characteristics that are available.


Additional drivers must be over 25 years old and must present a valid driver's license issued by the competent authority. The additional driver will be subject to the same obligations as the primary customer regarding the handling of the vehicle and will also be jointly liable with the primary customer for third-party liability and/or damage to the Super Rent Car vehicle.


This charge is additional and independent of the car rental cost and any other applicable charges. It varies depending on the distance between cities. This charge does not include parking costs, valet parking, or any similar service used by the customer to return the vehicle. Regardless of whether an extension of the reservation is allowed, if you request the drop-off in another city, this charge will apply.


Fuel is not included in the total quote. The rented vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received. There are no refunds for excess fuel. If there is any fuel shortage, the liters will be charged according to the current price on the day of return.


The minimum charge for a rental will be for one day, regardless of whether the customer uses the car for only part of that time. Upon returning the vehicle, the customer has a grace period of 2 hours, starting from the time recorded in the rental agreement. After the grace period, an additional hour will be charged at a cost of MXN$200 for sedans and MXN$400 for SUVs/Minivans, up to a maximum period of 3 hours, counted from the original return time. After a delay of 3 hours, a full day will be charged according to the current applicable rate for additional days.


The agreed-upon place and date for returning the car, as stated in the rental agreement, can only be modified with prior authorization from Super Rent Car. In case of non-compliance with this provision by the customer, in addition to any charges and penalties that may result, Super Rent Car will be entitled to immediately terminate the rental agreement and take necessary actions to physically recover the possession of the car wherever it may be and whoever is driving it.


To provide our customers with odor-free vehicles, smoking is prohibited in all Super Rent Car vehicles. If the vehicle is returned with cigarette odor or residue, stained upholstery, a cleaning and deodorization fee of MXN$1000, taxes included, will be applied. The deodorization and cleaning fee does not exempt the customer from damages to the upholstery caused by cigarette burns.


 The customer will be responsible for paying traffic fines that occur during the period they are in possession of the vehicle. These fines must be paid by the customer upon vehicle return or at any later time. In addition to the fine amount, an administrative fee of MXN$500 will be applied.


Keys, registration cards, and license plates are not covered by any of the vehicle protections, so the customer must pay the following amounts in case of loss or damage:

  • Keys: MXN$4,500 - MXN$8,000 (depending on the model)
  • Registration card: MXN$2,500
  • License plates: MXN$6,500 (per set)
